Safety Culture Assessment

We conduct Safety Culture diagnostic study using an elaborate checklist and onsite verification of safety system and practices of thecompany. Generally 2-4 mandays are required to undertake this assessment depending upon the size of the company. Based on thestudy we provide capsule course courses for building the capability of vendor’s executives and supervisors for driving safety culture.

These courses range from certification program of Six months duration to Safety Diploma which is of one year duration. These programs are conducted on weekends on original & repeat mode so that employees get maximum flexibility to attend these. Our programs are more than certification as lot of stress is given in shaping the internal acumen of the person on adopting safety as a habit through behavioral modules.

Our modular training programs all relevant topics and subject for safe working under various conditions such as a) Working a heights b) Working in confined space c) Electrical Safety d) Safety working with power driven machines e) PPE f) Fire Safety etc..Safety becomes a habit when it is integrated with other system. Our expertises lies in taking the safety at strategic business planning level and develop short and long term action plans integrated with functional plans. A quarterly reporting Strategic issues helps align resources for achievement of business goals. We help establish system for monitoring Safety progress through a combination of lead and lag measures on safety which are carefully picked. These are supported by detailed RCA work on various investigation for achieving accident and injury free work place
