• All hotels, identified under classification three star and above category by Tourism Department and all hotels above 15 m. in height with 150 beds capacity or more without star category.
• All hospital building of 15 m. and above or having number of beds exceeding 100.
• Underground shopping complex where covered area exceeds 1000 sq m.
• All high hazard industries.
• Any other risk which Chief Fire Officer considers necessary.
• According To Factory Act 1948, Govt. of India, it is mandatory for Every Factory to appoint a Safety Officer where 1000 or more persons employed.
• Along with these rules there are various rules formed by Govt. for employment of Fire Safety, Industrial Safety & EHS Experts.
