2nd/ 3rd Party Safety Audit

We take up 2nd / 3rd party independent audits of vendors safety management system to help them prepare for the TSL Star rating program.We help proprietor and Sr. Management team of vendors understand the importance of Safety and ensure their commitment in this by making them actually lead the show from front. Based on assessment findings we provide help to do Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and facilitate development of Action plan for correction and corrective action. The effectiveness of the actions are thereafter verified through subsequent audit which is conducted by the team of Internal Auditors.
